Environmental
When someone walks into a Strive space, they should feel it before they see a logo. Our environmental design bridges the precision of a compounding pharmacy with the warmth of a place that genuinely cares about people, because that’s exactly what we are.
Environmental design snapshot
Strive’s physical spaces are an extension of our brand, where bold sophistication meets genuine human warmth. Our environments balance the clinical rigor our work demands with the inviting, vital energy that defines who we are. Every material, color choice, and design detail is intentional: spaces that feel as good as the medicine we make.
Bringing the outside world in
Outside the labs, we ground our environments in natural, earthen materials and warm hues. The goal is a space that feels clean and capable, but also inviting, somewhere that calms your senses and inspires comfortable productivity.
Materials
Earthen, honest surfaces that read as warm at a distance and tactile up close. Pair one or two per space; let them contrast with the labs rather than compete with them.
- Terracotta
- Rammed earth
- Wood
- Cement
- Brick
- Stone
- Steel
How to use Strive Blue
Strive Blue is our most recognizable color, and in physical spaces it becomes an experience. Use it with intention, as an accent that energizes and guides, never as a wash that overwhelms. Think wayfinding, hero lighting moments, and signature touchpoints that make people feel they’ve arrived somewhere purposeful.

- Hero lighting
- Designation signage

How to use Sedona
Sedona is the warmth in the room. Where Strive Blue energizes and guides, Sedona grounds and softens, and it arrives through material and texture more than paint. Keep it an accent that never dominates a space or competes with a Strive Blue moment. Think earthen surfaces with a hand-made quality: the things people touch, sit on, and gather around.
- Textiles
- Furniture
- Wall covers
- Ceiling treatment
- Lighting fixtures
- Tile, stone, tweed, and terracotta

Moments of tasteful irreverence
Healthcare spaces don’t have to feel sterile and soulless, and ours won’t. Look for opportunities to inject personality: unexpected copy on a wall, a playful detail in the signage, a moment that makes someone smile in a place they didn’t expect to. These are the touches that make a Strive space feel alive, human, and a little defiant of the status quo.
